This is a promotional campaign by Anchor Food Professionals (Fonterra Brands Malaysia) where participants who dine-in or order from selected F&B outlets and spend a minimum of RM25 or more in a single receipt with any order of Anchor Signature Treats can redeem a RM5 TnG PIN or Sarawak Pay code
The campaign is open to residents of Malaysia, excluding employees of Fonterra Brands Malaysia, its affiliates, and immediate family members of the above. Participants under the age of 18 need prior consent from a legal guardian.
The campaign runs in two phases:
Campaign 1: November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024;
Campaign 2: February 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025.
Entries outside these dates will not be eligible.
Step 1: Spend at least RM25 of any Anchor Signature Treats, at participating merchants (see the full list at dreamwithanchor.com).
Step 2: Scan the campaign QR code (available on online ads, tent cards, menu leaflets, posters, or through referrals) to access the official campaign WhatsApp channel.
Step 3: Register and upload a photo of your receipt on WhatsApp. Ensure the receipt includes the dish name, receipt number, date, and amount.
Step 4: Once approved, you will receive a link to redeem your RM5 TnG PIN or Sarawak Pay code.
Step 5: Key in your RM5 TnG PIN or Sarawak Pay code at respective eWallet app.
Yes, participants may submit multiple receipts, but each receipt must meet the campaign requirements. Only one redemption is allowed per valid receipt. Only 3 redemptions may be done throughout each campaign period.
The photo must clearly show: transaction amount, date of purchase, outlet name, receipt number, and Anchor dish/product name. Images that are blurry, grainy, or have other clarity issues may be disqualified.
No, rewards are available on a weekly, first-come, first-served basis. The allocation resets every Friday until the end of the campaign or until stocks last.
Redemption must be done within the validity period mentioned in your reward notification.
If rewards for the week are fully claimed, you can resubmit the receipt the following week when the allocation resets.
Rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the participant who submitted the eligible receipt.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the rewards received.
For issues with submissions or rewards, you may contact the campaign organizer through the WhatsApp channel or refer to the campaign website for support.
Receipts will not be returned. Keep a copy for verification purposes.
By participating, you agree that the Organizer may use your name and photo for promotional purposes without further compensation.
